Express Check-In ECI, SRL., offers a variety of exclusive excursions, gourmet restaurants, tours and services through Yourconcierge.net, in the Dominican Republic. Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, operates a booking office service, mediating between the person making the booking (“the Client”) and the company operating excursions, restaurants, and tours (“the Dealers”). As these Terms and Conditions contain legal obligations, we encourage you to read them carefully. They form the basis on which bookings are accepted by Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net. The purchase of any travel services offered by Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, constitutes a contractual arrangement between the Client and Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, and represents the Client’s acceptance of Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net Terms & Conditions described here. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking and/or reservation.

As you access this web sites www.yourconcierge.net, and www.expresscheckin.net, and continue the use of them it constitutes your agreement to all such terms, conditions and notices, and any changes to the Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, Terms & Conditions. You agree to be bound by these web sites Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Terms of Booking / Reservations

Bookings/reservations, occur through the website Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, via emails info@yourconcierge.net, and/or info@expresscheckin.net or by the phone number(s) appearing on the website. Any booking and/or reservation made by you, whether through the website or otherwise, shall be deemed as an offer by you to purchase the relevant service subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Express Check-In ECI, SRL., shall come into existence until Express Check-In ECI, SRL., accepts full payment and issues a confirmation invoice and voucher. The Client who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all members of the party and is responsible for all payment due from the party. By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements. You further validate that all information submitted is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge. Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, does not accept liability for any problems which arise due to insufficient or inaccurate information provided by the Client.

Terms of Change or Cancellation

In case of changes by the Dealer, including but not limited to cancellations and changes to itinerary or choice of roads due to weather conditions or other factors, or any issue with regard to prices, the terms and conditions of the particular Dealer apply, and all responsibility lies with the Dealer.

Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, reserves the right to cancel or alter tours, pending full compensation, for reasons of safety or feasibility. In case of cancellation by the Client, Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, will make every effort to ensure the best protection for you. However, late cancellation can result in compensation claims from service providers. All cancellations must be sent to Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, by email. In accordance with standard business practices of the travel industry in the Dominican Republic, Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, is to charge customers cancellation fees and/or not to refund the values as expressed below:

Both you and Express Check-In ECI, SRL understand that you subscribe to a liability limits in the activities choose, and that Express Check-In ECI, SRL, responsibility reaches until the coordination is concluded. If you do not arrive, arrive late, change your itinerary and/or loses your reservation Express Check-In is in its full capability not to refund the money. After the conclusion of the coordination it is the Liability of the dealer companies not ours. As per the responsibility of the misuse of the credit cards is entirely your blame.

Terms of Payment

All bookings made online require full payment at the time of booking. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email with your booking number, each activity voucher, invoice and a reminder list of what to bring. Please print this document and bring it along to the Dominican Republic as this will be your proof of payment and to be used as a voucher to ensure your participation to each activity. Please check all the details on your confirmation carefully to ensure they are exactly as you requested. In the event of discrepancy, please contact Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net immediately.

Order Confirmation

If you do not receive a confirmation via email within two (2) days after completing the online booking process and submitting payment information, or if you experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to confirm with Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, customer service department whether or not your order has been placed. Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, will not be responsible for losses (monetary or otherwise) whatsoever claimed as a result of the Client’s failure to complete online request and to seek confirmation of proper submittal.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our Sites that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product and/or service descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the Sites is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

In the event that the price at which Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, is purchased is incorrect and unintended by Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, due to an electronic, typographical, human or other error of any kind whatsoever in the price listed, quoted or advertised, Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, reserves the right to correct the erroneous price by requesting the Client to pay the correct amount intended, or by canceling the order in exchange for a full refund. In no event shall Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, be obligated to honor any such ticket order or purchase resulting from an error, or otherwise be liable in such circumstances.

As far as the pricing is concerned, “kids” are considered, clients between 5 and 12 years old for the appliance of the child rate. 12 years of age and up client’s pay the same price as adults. Children (infants) under the age of 5 will not be charged. The Dealer and Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, reserves the right to ask for any document supporting that information in case of doubt.

Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, reserves the right to alter routes, itineraries or departure times, without prior notice, if the necessity/emergency arises.

Guests are obligated to follow the directions of professionals, such as tour guides and car rentals, regarding safety and regulations. Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, does not assume any responsibility for accidents caused by reckless behavior of customers, or failure to notify of any special or medical needs.

Express Check-In ECI, SRL., as yourconcierge.net, does not assume any responsibility for pregnant women that decide to participate on any tour that we offer, against the advices, warnings or limitations established and clearly stipulated on our web site. Even in the situation there is no written identified risk, a pregnant woman is responsible for her decision and should consult a doctor and get a medical opinion before participating to such activity.
